Visit to Wahiawa Farmers Market

We got connected to GreenWheel Food Hub through our friend Kasha Ho who has been working with Lisa Asagi and Gida Snyder to expand access to farm-fresh local foods by bringing EBT/SNAP acceptance to O'ahu farmers markets. We got so excited we decided to do a short film highlighting their work at Wahiawa farmers market, which really is the little market that could that's celebrating its 1 year birthday this month. Congratulations! The students at Leilehua High School bring their produce every Thursday just across the street to the Hongwanji parking lot.
